Soya milk used for making Egg Tofu

Do you like tofu? I LOVE tofu!!!! I got a great egg tofu recipe from Uncle Phil and am very pleased with the result. I can´t believe that I can now make tofu in Sweden! I´d topped the egg tofu with some stir fried pork with mushroom cooked in chili bean sauce. Nelina thought it was a little spicy but Mattias just love it! The soya bean milk (as you can see above) really gave the tofu a smooth textured, it taste exactly like the egg tofu found in Singapore! I will make another tofu egg tomorrow but this time I will dust it with corn flour so I can fry it until it´s crispy on the outside. Thanks Phil for sharing this wonderful recipe.
