I am having a bad cold! My head is spinning, my nose is like water fall, I have problem swallowing, I am coughing like a train trying to start engine. I guess I was really desperate, I have not slept well the past few days and this is no good sign. I can´t believe how many medicine I had beside my bed, 3 nose spray, 2 astma spray, 2 different type of pills for sleeping, inhaler, dropper for troat, paper for nose, water even bottle of honey! I pour 1 teaspoon in my mouth and try hold it as long as I can, I learn this from a friend of mind who´s a chinese physicine. I think it work!
