Blood pudding

Time to tackle something really scary about Sweden...BLOOD PUDDING!!!!

Swedish vampires! Mattias and Nelina are one of them!
Both of them ate blood pudding for dinner yesterday. 'They' being Swedish people who don't think it is pretty disgusting.
Some do hate it. Many secretly love it. To the swedish it is like a sausage.
The ingredients are pretty simple. There are made of some sort of binding agent, flour, fat, mixed up with blood. They are being packed into a vacumed plastic bag like a shape of really big sausage.
You can buy this pudding at most super market, it is very cheap and nutritious, full of iron..good for women. This food is perfect for the economy criss, I am sure those company who produced it will make more money now.
To prepared it you need to slice it into 1-1.5 cm thick then fry it medium heat for untill they turn black. It is then served with lingonberry jam, bacon and sour cabbage sallad.
Do I like it? No!
