SAIK lost yesterday.I felt so heavy and moody now like the weather today. Oh dear, I hope they do better on the next match. One should never give-up!
It´s TGIF day for this site today.So, what´s my plan for today? I think it probably some groceries shopping, cleaning and cooking.I usually make Asian food on Friday, so I am planning to make my mum´s special Crispy Pork with Sweet Sauce, Nonya fragrant pork stew, Mattias made some 7 days sallad yesterday, and perhaps potatos soup as starter.It´s good to make big portions so there will be left over for Saturday,then I can take it easy on weekend may be bake a cake for dessert instead of cooking again. Stew & curry are good for left-over, the flavors are more absorbed into the meat and it usually taste better the day after.
Mattias brought me a brand new ice drill, so it mean that there´s gonna be some ice fishing again tomorrow if the weather is fine.
